Job summary

Synergy Integrated Systems is hiring a Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our Raleigh field team, installing AV, lighting, networking, and security systems that make our clients' homes and businesses run smarter.

You are a field-focused, hands-on individual who enjoys learning, growing, and solving technical challenges on site. You will climb, pull cabling, and install a variety of devices in commercial and residential settings.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools.
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Responsibilities

• Pull, terminate, test low-voltage cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron).
• Install and mount TVs, projection systems, video walls, audio, shading, lighting, and security devices.
• Build and lace equipment racks; set up and configure devices.
• Connect and bring control systems to life (Control4 a plus).
• Understand and set up networks; troubleshoot devices.

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 / year

Description

Synergy Integrated Systems is hiring a Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our Raleigh field team, installing AV, lighting, networking, and security systems that make our clients' homes and businesses run smarter.

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 8321 Bandford Way Suite 003 Raleigh, NC 27615
• Projects in surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• We work four 10 hour days
• Mon-Thurs 7:45am-6:15pm

• Salary: $55k-$75k/year - YUP!
