Job summary

RLink Solutions LLC in San Francisco seeks a hands-on technician to connect sensors, compute devices, and AV hardware to test benches for documented testing, firmware updates, and pass/fail verification.

Ideal candidates have lab or hardware support experience, familiarity with Windows and Linux, and basic scripting knowledge to read and execute SOPs and scripts. AV components exposure and strong troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical lab/manufacturing/testing hardware support environment.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS.
• Ability to read, understand and execute SOPs and scripts.
• Basic scripting ability in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
• Exposure to AV components and sensors is a plus.
• Experience with inventory control/RMA processes and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute hardware and software validation on test benches with documented procedures.
• Label, track, and process validated hardware for shipping or RMA/repair routing.
• Record test outcomes in tracking systems and escalate issues per SOPs.
