Job description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Audio Visual Installation Foreman to lead and execute advanced AV installations. This is a fully onsite role located in Washington, D.C.

Requirements of the AV Installation Foreman:

• Oversee installations with accuracy, including tasks such as cable pulling, connector installations, mounting, and metal fabrication, ensuring the success of each project.
• Interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints to create immersive audiovisual environments.
• Mentor and guide technicians and lead technicians in AV installation techniques.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is achieved and expectations are surpassed.
• Handle project documentation and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety on all job sites.
• Travel to various locations to apply your expertise and leadership where needed.

Qualifications of the AV Installation Foreman:

• 4+ years of experience in audiovisual installation.
• Experience installing corporate conference rooms with Crestron systems, and proficiency in system integration.
• Experience handling large, complex projects involving 20+ conference rooms, multiple crews, and coordination with other subcontractors, project managers, and clients.
• Capability to coach/mentor technicians and perform installations.
• Top Secret clearance (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Preferred certifications include: InfoComm CTS General Certification, Extron AV Associate Certification, and Crestron Professional Installation Certification.
• Preferred trainings include: InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Course, Essentials of Crestron Programming, and AMX Installer.

Compensation of the AV Installation Foreman:

• Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 *based on experience*
• Comprehensive benefit package: Full Medical,Dental, and Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law,paid holidays
• Additional benefits include: Bonus plan (based on project profitability), Company van provided (must have clean driving record), and Cell phone reimbursement ($30/month)
