What will you do?
- Support IT equipment in large corporate environments
- Provide desktop/laptop support for Mac and PC
- Support Windows 7/10 operating systems
- Assist with mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
- Perform IMAC support (Install/Move/Add/Change)
- Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components
- Research and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain system configurations and documentation
- Track and resolve incidents via ticketing tools
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows devices
- Backup, restore, and migrate user data
- Provide Smart Hands support for networking, servers, and telecom
- Support printers and peripherals
- Manage IT asset inventory and audits
- Research KB articles for troubleshooting
- Work on-call and after-hours support as needed
- Potentially support executives
- Perform other deskside service tasks
- Support at other client locations as required
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV systems, printers, and PC hardware
- Maintain a positive attitude under stress
- Support remote facilities and users
- Excellent communication skills
- Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and troubleshoot complex issues
- Prioritize and complete tasks independently
- Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- High School Diploma required
- Experience in a corporate end-user support environment
- Proven ability to handle challenging user support situations
- Ability to organize multiple tasks effectively
