What will you do?
  • Support IT equipment in large corporate environments
  • Provide desktop/laptop support for Mac and PC
  • Support Windows 7/10 operating systems
  • Assist with mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, etc.
  • Perform IMAC support (Install/Move/Add/Change)
  • Maintain repairs, spare parts, and components
  • Research and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain system configurations and documentation
  • Track and resolve incidents via ticketing tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows devices
  • Backup, restore, and migrate user data
  • Provide Smart Hands support for networking, servers, and telecom
  • Support printers and peripherals
  • Manage IT asset inventory and audits
  • Research KB articles for troubleshooting
  • Work on-call and after-hours support as needed
  • Potentially support executives
  • Perform other deskside service tasks
  • Support at other client locations as required
Job Requirements
  • Experience supporting Mac OS, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, smartphones, AV systems, printers, and PC hardware
  • Maintain a positive attitude under stress
  • Support remote facilities and users
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to research and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Prioritize and complete tasks independently
  • Physical ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in a corporate end-user support environment
  • Proven ability to handle challenging user support situations
  • Ability to organize multiple tasks effectively
