Job summary

CTI in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist with 4+ years of commercial AV integration experience to troubleshoot and commission complex systems. You will deliver excellent customer service while working in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Expect to travel about 40% overnight, collaborate with Programmers, train end users, and ensure accurate configuration and testing of AV solutions across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• AV/IT networking knowledge of the commercial audio-visual integration industry is a must.
• At least 4 years of experience with commercial AV installations, commissioning, and service.
• Education: An associate degree is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% overnight.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV system issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems operating at optimum levels.
• Load updated files with Programmers and complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning.
• Train end users on operation and provide walk-throughs.
• Lead or assist with installations across multiple sites.
• Travel ~40% overnight; company paid.
