Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in corporate events considered.
• AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
• Advanced understanding of AV standards and equipment required.
• Experience with streaming and in-room event spaces is desirable.
• Ability to program and operate switchers, graphics, mixers, microphones, and related gear.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as event production A1/A2, Graphics, or TD as needed.
• Set up, configure, operate, and support event productions.
• Ensure proper audio levels and video playout for records and streaming.
• Serve as primary contact for all AV items at events.
• Collaborate with crew before and during shows and attend pre-show productions.
