Job summary

Nationwide Video is seeking an experienced AV repair technician to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment used in AV events. You’ll manage spare parts, track repair data, and assist with warehouse tasks to support the service team.

You will collaborate with the Service Coordinator and vendors to ensure timely repairs, maintain inventories, and improve cost efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic equipment troubleshooting and repair
• 1-3 years of experience in performing QC functions on AV products
• Completed technical courses on AV products
• High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot to board level for various AV equipment and decide if repair is in-house or vendor-sent
• Update and maintain repair status and spare parts inventory
• Assist Service Coordinator with spare parts inventory and replacement orders
• Assist with distribution and shipping of spare parts/repair parts
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors
• Identify areas for cost reduction
