Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer for our Madison, WI campus. The role involves designing, installing, training, maintaining, and operating sound, video, and control systems across a large corporate campus with hundreds of rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed and encouraged. You will work with a team of AV experts to ensure successful events, provide hands-on support, and help expand our Open Architecture DSP, AoIP, and SDVoE implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our campus.
• Provide hands‑on support to ensure system success and reliability.
• Layout new AV systems and upgrade existing rooms and spaces.
• Collaborate with AV team to support large and small events, live and virtual.
