Uber is seeking a Program Leader, AV Enablement in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will define enablement strategy for a top AV portfolio, partner with executives, and translate business needs into scalable capability solutions that improve performance and customer experience.

You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver learning, quality, and AI-enabled initiatives at scale, balancing long-term strategy with flawless execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Quality, Talent Development, Program Management, Consulting, or related fields.
• 2+ years experience in the AV industry (preferred).
• Track record building and launching global enablement or quality programs.
• Experience managing a global portfolio of concurrent initiatives across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for a strategic AV portfolio.
• Translate strategy into scalable capability-building initiatives.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement and present reviews to leadership.
• Balance learning, quality and AI-driven initiatives to drive ROI.
• Drive governance, KPIs, and calibration across regions.
