Job summary

Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Las Vegas and Phoenix offices. You will assist Account Managers with order entries, respond to customer requests, and coordinate administrative tasks across the sales team.

The role requires AV knowledge, a strong service mindset, and the ability to manage a high volume of interactions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent and AV industry awareness.
• Experience providing high-volume customer service support.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to order requests from customers and Account Managers.
• Enter orders and handle administrative requests accurately and promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Directors and internal contacts as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with Operations and Logistics teams.
• Stay current with Rentex inventory and industry trends.
