Job summary

The University of Kentucky Housing team is seeking a senior leader to oversee university-owned housing facilities and support the Director of Housing.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate move-in/move-out logistics, and collaborate with Residence Life, Facilities Management, and campus partners to ensure a seamless housing experience and student satisfaction.

• Lead administrative processes, work order follow-up, keybox management, and resource coordination.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, sit for long periods of time, walk across campus occasionally, climb stairs and endure extreme temperature mostly during move in and move out events

Shift

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and additional hours as needed in exempt role status; Must be able to work some evenings, weekends and holiday response which is dependent on situational factors
