Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Test Technician for the Dive-XL program in Rhode Island. You will lead hands-on testing of complex electromechanical assemblies, confirming performance from assembly through final acceptance for ocean operations.

You will collaborate with engineers on a multi-disciplinary team, perform hardware integration, and execute End-of-Line tests while maintaining strict quality standards and readiness for global deployment.

Qualifications

• Solid background in electronics in robotics/defense/aeronautics
• Experience executing test procedures with attention to detail
• Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and schematics
• Ability to read engineering drawings and documents
• Commitment to high-quality products and personal accountability
• Experience with basic electrical test equipment (DMM, scope, function generator)
• Strong communication skills and urgency to complete tasks
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Work with multidisciplinary team on pressure vessel assembly and end-to-end AUV production integration
• Flash/load correct SW/FW versions onto devices
• Assemble, test, and integrate electrical and mechanical components into Dive-XL platforms
• Execute detailed End-of-Line tests per procedures
• Perform incoming QC testing on PCBs
• Troubleshoot and repair electronics to component level
• Help develop and improve production processes for pressure vessels
• Maintain 5S work areas and manage tools/equipment stock
• Potential travel offshore to support operations
