Anduril Industries in Quonset, RI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to rapidly iterate and build cutting-edge Autonomous Underwater Vehicles. This role covers design for manufacturability, tool design and selection, process creation and optimization, vendor interactions, quality planning, and detailed work documentation for hardware you own.

You will work hands-on with technicians and engineers on prototype hardware, develop novel tooling for fabrication and assembly, and support end-customer

Formación

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or electromechanical hardware design.
• Proven ability to deliver hardware to spec in a startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own part of the manufacturing value chain for products.
• Create work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements.
• Develop and optimize process flows for subassemblies.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers for rapid development and scale-up.
• Work hands-on with technicians to build prototype hardware.
• Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly.
• Contribute to mechanical/electrical design and interconnects.
• Travel between Quonset and Quincy facilities for production scale-up.
