Job summary

JT4, LLC is actively seeking Autonomy Engineers to contribute to Developmental Integration & Evaluation and the deployment of 6th Generation aircraft. You will develop test plans, run tests, analyze data, and work with engineering teams to validate navigation, control, and ISR systems.

Candidates should have a BS, MS, or PhD in engineering, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain DoD TS with SCI eligibility. Salary ranges are project-based and reflect skill and education level.

Qualifications

• Experience in flight test engineering.
• Ability to build digital models and simulations for UAS.
• Experience validating navigation systems in operational test environments.
• US citizen capable of obtaining DoD security clearance up to Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and procedures for integration, characterization, and testing of navigation, defense, and ISR systems.
• Execute tests, collect and analyze data to optimize performance and support design enhancements.
• Document changes to hardware and deviations from procedures with engineering staff.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
