Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks a senior Systems Integration Engineer to lead cross-disciplinary engineering efforts for DoD air systems and ensure readiness for Government review.

You will coordinate electrical, avionics, structures, propulsion, software, and safety disciplines, review design packages, and support airworthiness certification. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, with advanced engineering degrees and extensive experience.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in engineering from an accredited institution, or a doctorate with a minimum of 12 years of related engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to direct senior technical personnel on complex systems development and sustainment.
• Strong verbal and written communications; ability to brief customers and write reports/proposals.
• Working knowledge of computer-based engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems integration across electrical, avionics, structures, propulsion, flight controls, software, systems safety, and configuration management.
• Lead development/review of engineering packages for aircraft modifications and equipment integration.
• Conduct peer reviews of analyses, drawings, ICDs, and installation packages.
• Support airworthiness reviews, verification plans, SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, and ARB processes.
