Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science.
• Experience with robotics, autonomy, or safety-critical software is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership for multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, testing, and release of software for robotic and safety-critical systems.
• Own validation strategy: tests, results, and certification guidance.
• Improve build, CI, and release pipelines for embedded software.
• Shape safety systems (perception, interlocks, monitoring) and apply safety practices.
• Explore AI/ML technologies to enhance software capabilities.
• Serve as go-to advisor on integration with existing machines and infra.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across teams.
