Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a technically strong, customer-facing engineer to lead a strategic autonomy program with a major automotive OEM in Japan, spanning development to real-world deployment.

You will be the day-to-day customer contact and a bridge to Applied’s engineering teams. You will drive milestones, build customer capability through knowledge transfer, and coordinate across autonomy, systems, hardware, and operations while coordinating with executives and engineers.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical programs or complex engineering projects.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to weigh trade-offs against outcomes and timelines.
• Solid foundation in software systems with ability to dive into issues with engineers.
• Experience managing stakeholders across functions, organizations, and cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting to leadership.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and delivering under tight timelines.

Aufgaben

• Lead quarterly milestones for the customer program, coordinating scope, acceptance criteria, and status reporting to leadership.
• Plan and run onsite and remote meetings with the customer, including technical reviews and steering-level sessions.
• Lead the knowledge transfer program, designing training content and supporting engineers in building capability with Applied’s autonomy stack.
• Align internal teams toward milestone delivery across autonomy, systems, hardware, and operations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor translating high-level goals into clear requirements and actionable plans.
• Investigate on-road issues and communicate findings to engineering and customer stakeholders.
• Channel insights from deployments back into product and roadmaps.
• Plan and execute on-road autonomy demonstrations for prospective customers and OEMs.
