Job summary

Applied Intuition, Inc. is seeking a technically strong, customer-facing program lead to drive an autonomy program with a major automotive OEM in Japan.

You will be the day-to-day contact for the customer and bridge to Applied’s engineering teams, coordinating milestones, knowledge transfer, and delivery across autonomy, hardware, and operations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical programs or complex engineering projects.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to trade off engineering decisions against timelines and outcomes.
• Solid technical foundation in software systems to work alongside engineers.
• Experience managing stakeholders across functions, organizations, and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly program milestones with the customer and program lead.
• Plan and run onsite and remote customer meetings and reviews.
• Lead knowledge transfer, designing training content and learning paths for customer engineers.
• Align internal teams toward milestone delivery across autonomy, systems, hardware, and operations.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor translating customer goals into technical requirements.
• Investigate on-road issues and communicate findings to engineering and customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate demonstrations for prospective customers and other OEMs.
