Job summary

Applied Intuition is hiring an AcuityOS engineer to develop and deploy the backbone of all-domain autonomy capabilities for autonomous vehicles. You will integrate with new vehicles, test software in real-world environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across hardware and simulation interfaces.

The role requires field and office work, with significant time spent deploying software on vehicles. A strong background in robotics, Linux, C++, and ROS-based systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux and command-line proficiency.
• Proficient in Python and/or C++ (majority in C++).
• Hands-on with robotic systems, sensors and vehicle autopilots.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain autonomy software on AVs.
• Field deployment and testing in dynamic environments.
• Interface with sensors and autopilots (RADAR, cameras, GPS).
• Work with perception and autonomy teams to optimize pipelines.
