Job summary

CVHCare in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Speech & Language Pathologist (SLP) for per diem home health care. Flexible scheduling, mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are offered. Per diem role in multiple CA locations with non-remote work setup. Requires CA SLP license and BLS; CFY accepted; CPR/BLS; EMR documentation proficiency.

Compensation includes benefits and a strong support structure; pay up to $140,000 per year depending on schedule and location.

Qualifications

• Valid CA SLP license in good standing.
• Open to entry level or CFY with home health experience.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Successful completion of CFY under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and prevent speech, voice, swallowing and related disorders.
• Participate in case conferences and trainings (remote) for coordinated care.
• Set own schedule in the home health setting with company support.
• Provide independent, quality home health services in assigned areas.
