Job summary

Pronto AI is seeking a technical detective to solve complex software and systems issues across our autonomous truck fleet. You’ll perform root-cause analysis, dive into logs, reproduce edge cases, and work with robotics, hardware, software, and operations teams to ensure reliable autonomous operations.

You’ll be excited about debugging hardware/software interactions, building automated tests, and creating diagnostics to improve fleet reliability, with travel up to 5% and some late nights as

Qualifications

• 2+ years of non-internship work experience in a technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience analyzing large-scale logs and data.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions live from customers and the Pronto operations team during production.
• Investigate and resolve complex system behaviors across the autonomous truck fleet via logs and debugging.
• Develop reproduction cases, analyze system logs, and isolate root causes for hardware/software issues.
• Create automated test suites and tools to validate system behavior and speed up troubleshooting.
• Build monitoring and diagnostic systems to identify and track fleet issues.
• Document investigations and solutions to expand the knowledge base.
