Job summary

You will develop individualized exercise programs, apply manual therapy when appropriate, and integrate pain science to improve outcomes. Build your caseload through community engagement and deliver workshops to share expertise.

Qualifications

• DPT required or eligible in Wisconsin.
• Dry Needling certification or training preferred.
• Strong foundation in exercise prescription and orthopedic care.
• Commitment to staying current with research and evolving practices.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat clients using an evidence-informed approach.
• Design and implement individualized exercise programs to client goals.
• Apply skilled manual therapy as appropriate.
• Integrate pain science principles into patient care.
