Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Performance, a premier outpatient practice in New England, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the movement. You will deliver 1:1 patient care, contribute to thoughtful schedules, and benefit from AI-assisted documentation while collaborating with PTs on treatment plans.

We offer mentorship, onboarding with a Clinic Director, monthly CE events, and a strong focus on clinician growth without burnout.

Formación

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active PTA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 patient care with autonomy within the care team.
• Utilize AI-supported documentation and Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours work.
• Maintain a predictable, thoughtfully built schedule and manage patient flow.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists on treatment plans.
• Engage in mentorship and structured onboarding and ongoing professional development.
