ActiveHealth is expanding into physical therapy and seeks a licensed DPT to build the PT side of a well-established, high-volume practice from the ground up, with billing, software, staff, equipment, and referral relationships already in place.

This role offers autonomy—set your own hours and schedule—within an integrated care model alongside chiropractors, focusing on thorough evaluations, meaningful treatment time, and quality outcomes. Compensation is base-plus-commission with full-time hours.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) with autonomy and vision to grow a quality practice from the ground up.
• Ability to work autonomously with own hours and schedule while delivering high-quality care.
• Comfortable operating in an integrated, collaborative care model with chiropractors.
