Paramount Physical Therapy and Training is a cash-based practice focused on delivering exceptional care without insurance constraints. We seek a DPT who embraces evidence-based practice, orthopedic care, and autonomy in clinical decision-making.

You will develop individualized exercise programs, apply manual therapy when appropriate, and integrate pain science to improve outcomes. Build your caseload through community engagement and deliver workshops to share expertise.

Formación

• DPT required or eligible in Wisconsin.
• Dry Needling certification or training preferred.
• Strong foundation in exercise prescription and orthopedic care.
• Commitment to staying current with research and evolving practices.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), licensed (or eligible) in Wisconsin
• Dry Needling Certified or Trained
• Strong foundation in exercise prescription and orthopedic care
• Commitment to staying current with research and evolving best practices
• Confidence in clinical decision-making and adaptability in treatment
• High level of personal accountability and discipline
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
• Interest in business development and community engagement
• Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus, but not required.
