Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or defense autonomy.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience defining autonomy performance metrics and release gates.
• Hands-on with Python and C++ in robotics.
• Experience with large-scale log and sensor data pipelines.
• BS or MS in CS/Robotics/EE or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the release criteria for autonomy software and regression gate.
• Define autonomy performance metrics and publish reports to leadership.
• Build and operate a multi-tier regression and simulation system.
• Own the autonomy data platform end to end, incl. logging and replay.
• Direct field test and autonomy integration, including flight-readiness.
• Hire, lead, and develop a multi-discipline team of engineers.
