Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Robotic Software Engineer to design and integrate complex autonomy and vehicle intelligence systems across hardware and software domains. You will deploy autonomy algorithms in SIL, HIL and live test environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust hardware-software integration and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics, Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with robotic systems (hardware, software, integration).
• Experience with C++ and robotics software.
• Experience integrating autonomy products with Pixhawk autopilots (ArduPilot/PX4).
• Familiarity with hardware/software integration in safety-critical contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate autonomy and vehicle intelligence systems across hardware and software.
• Deploy autonomy algorithms in SIL, HIL and live test environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for hardware-software integration and demos.
• Integrate autonomy software with aircraft autopilots, datalinks, sensors and PNT/GPS/INS.
• Support live flight test of autonomy software on UAVs and OEM hardware.
