Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks a Robotic Software Engineer to design and integrate autonomy systems across hardware and software platforms. You will deploy algorithms in SIL, HIL, and live test environments, interfacing with sensors and embedded Linux on vehicle platforms.

You will collaborate with autonomy engineers and customers to ensure robust integration, troubleshooting, and demonstrations, with frequent travel for on-site work and live flight tests.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Robotics, Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of hands-on robotics experience across hardware and software integration.
• Experience with C++ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate autonomy and vehicle intelligence systems spanning hardware and software domains.
• Deploy autonomy algorithms in SIL, HIL and live test environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for robust hardware-software integration and customer-facing demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot integration issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Support live flight tests of autonomy software on UAVs and integration with OEM hardware.
