The role emphasizes ownership within a supportive W2 platform, offering scheduling flexibility, ongoing supervision for eligible clinicians, and opportunities for income growth tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Michigan license or limited license (LPC/LMSW/LMFT/LP/LLPC/LLMSW/LLP).
• EMDR training preferred and EMDR certification a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in trauma-focused therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality therapy to clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational stress, or related concerns.
• Use trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR when clinically appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning.
• Maintain consistent recurring client schedules when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and supports as needed.
• Participate in team collaboration and case consultation.
• Build professional visibility and community relationships.
