Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current Michigan professional license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP) or in limited license track.
• Strong clinical documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Professional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid in-person/remote schedule.
• Established client following or referral relationships encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-informed individual, family, or group therapy
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning
• Build and maintain consistent recurring client schedules
• Coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration
• Contribute to expanding access to care through professional visibility and relationship-building within the community
