Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP is seeking clinicians with trauma‑focused experience to join a flexible, autonomous W2 platform offering hybrid in‑person and remote work. You’ll design your schedule, grow a trauma‑focused caseload, and receive administrative, billing, and credentialing support, with opportunities for performance‑based growth and bonuses.

We value clinicians skilled in EMDR, PTSD, anxiety, and related concerns, with Michigan licensure or limited licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Michigan license or limited license (e.g., LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, LLPC, LLMSW, or LLP).
• EMDR training preferred; EMDR certification is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in trauma focused therapy.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work.
• Established professional relationships or ethical caseload transition experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality therapy to clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational stress, or related concerns.
• Use trauma informed and evidence informed approaches, including EMDR when clinically appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning.
• Maintain consistent recurring client schedules when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and supports as needed.
• Participate in team collaboration and case consultation.
• Build professional visibility and community relationships.
