Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Michigan license or limited license (e.g., LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, LLPC, LLMSW, LLP).
• EMDR training preferred; EMDR certification is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in trauma-focused therapy.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality therapy to clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational stress, or related concerns.
• Use trauma informed and evidence-informed approaches, including EMDR when clinically appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning.
• Maintain consistent recurring client schedules when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and supports as needed.
• Participate in team collaboration and case consultation.
• Build professional visibility and community relationships.
