Job summary

Ellie Mental Health - Ann Arbor, MI is seeking clinicians with trauma-focused therapy experience or interest, including EMDR, to join our hybrid, autonomous private-practice platform. You’ll design your own schedule while we handle administrative tasks, billing, and overhead.

This role offers opportunities for income growth based on productivity and performance, with supervisory support for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Current Michigan license or limited license (LPC, LMSW, LMFT, LP, LLPC, LLMSW, or LLP).
• EMDR training preferred.
• EMDR certification is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in trauma focused therapy.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Comfort with hybrid work.
• Established professional relationships or ethical caseload transition encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality therapy to clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relational stress, or related concerns.
• Use trauma informed and evidence informed approaches, including EMDR when clinically appropriate.
• Complete timely documentation and treatment planning.
• Maintain consistent recurring client schedules when clinically appropriate.
• Coordinate care with outside providers and supports as needed.
• Participate in team collaboration and case consultation.
• Build professional visibility and community relationships.
