Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Warwick, RI is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in homes or senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and treat with evidence-based methods while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

You’ll manage a flexible schedule, including telehealth options, to extend access and improve outcomes for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in RI or eligible.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current CCC from ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate.
