Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Omaha, NE and seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care in homes or senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and provide therapy to improve communication, swallowing, and independence.

Enjoy flexible schedules, autonomy, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, with optional telehealth to extend access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the practicing state or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ASHA CCC credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX's EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
