Job summary

Princeton Nursing and Rehabilitation, managed by ClearView Healthcare Management, seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide PT services under a licensed PT, helping residents improve strength, mobility and confidence within an interdisciplinary team.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, supervise rehab technicians when needed, and contribute to patient-centered care while adhering to facility policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Valid state PTA license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in screenings and contribute to initial evaluations as appropriate.
• Implement treatment per the established plan of care.
• Document accurately to comply with regulations and billing requirements.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians when required.
• Integrate PT services into facility and interdisciplinary plans.
• Participate in care conferences and team meetings.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect patient privacy.
