Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Pennsylvania PT license or eligibility is required.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Willingness to pursue continuing education and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals and functional needs.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise.
• Treat orthopedic, vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk conditions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on condition, plan, and home program.
• Establish discharge goals and timelines.
• Complete accurate documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
