Job summary

Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness in Ashtabula, OH is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist in a full-time role. You will have autonomy, team support, and clinical variety to treat the whole person, using clinical judgment and building meaningful patient relationships.

This PT-led outpatient practice covers Northeast Ohio with clinics in Ashtabula, Berea, and Willoughby Hills. The Ashtabula position offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a true team of PTs, PTAs, and support staff

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active Ohio PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of patients.
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset and ongoing growth in clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
• Treat a varied outpatient caseload and progress treatment toward patient goals.
• Educate patients with practical strategies they can use outside the clinic.
• Collaborate with PTAs and other team members to support continuity of care and strong outcomes.
