MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in the Oakland area. You will conduct initial assessments, implement treatment plans, and document patient progress in private treatment rooms while collaborating with Orthopaedic physicians.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by Maine State Board of Examiners in Physical Therapy required
• Ability to educate patients and families
• Experience in outpatient setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
• Implements treatment plan using modalities
• Documents progress and communicates with team
• Educates patient and family, plans discharge
• Supervises aides per licensing laws
