TruePT Physical Therapy & Wellness in Harborcreek seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our energetic team, supporting physical therapists and ensuring patients receive excellent care in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment areas, guiding patients through prescribed exercises under therapist supervision, maintaining equipment, and assisting with scheduling, patient flow, and clinic organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare, rehab, or fitness setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You’ll play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring every patient receives the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Guide and assist patients through prescribed exercises under therapist supervision
• Monitor and report patient responses to treatment
• Support patient flow by escorting patients to and from treatment areas
• Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining supplies
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment
