Ethos is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home health services, evaluating clients and creating personalized treatment plans. You will document care in Vivie’s EMR, ensure billing accuracy, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team to drive safer, more independent living for clients.

Responsibilities include supervisory visits with OTAs and HHAs, regulatory compliance, and flexible travel across regions as needed.

Formación

• Must hold Minnesota and North Dakota OT licenses.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Willingness to float across regions as needed.
• English language proficiency for client communication.
• Experience in Home Health, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Must pass state background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct OT care and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Document services using Vivie’s EMR system and manage billing as required.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team.
• Complete supervisory visits with OTAs and HHAs per regulatory guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
