Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks an Engineering Manager for the SDS Behavior team. You will lead engineers building scalable behavior systems for cars, trucks, mining & construction, and offroad applications, owning architecture and delivery of an advanced autonomy system.

You will guide cross-functional work, mentor teams, and drive critical architectural decisions while managing the end-to-end autonomy stack with real contract value and business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in robotics or autonomous systems with a focus on behavior systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering production software for autonomous platforms.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world-class team of engineers building scalable behavior systems for multiple vehicle domains.
• Own architecture and delivery of a next-generation behavior system across diverse ODDs.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive architectural decisions and team growth.
• Advance the L4 end-to-end autonomy stack while ensuring safety and reliability.
