Job summary

ISEE is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operator to support the Deployment & Operations Launch teams in real-time yard truck operations. You will monitor onboard and offboard systems, report findings, and help launch this technology in customers' yards.

You must be able to work nights, weekends, and extended shifts, with safety as a core priority and willingness to travel for up to 2 months as needed. A valid U.S. driver’s license and clean record are required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• At least 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate independently with little or no supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Linux, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Git is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with safety and procedures in a professional environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and procedure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time during operations.
• Provide troubleshooting for HW or SW issues on prototype vehicles.
• Review log data of system failures and disengagements.
• Isolate, track, document, and triage issues systematically.
• Update knowledge base and diagnostic trees to improve troubleshooting.
• Interact with customers as an ambassador for ISEE's technology.
