Job summary

ISEE is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operator to join our Deployment & Operations Launch teams in Dayton, OH. You will monitor and support Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on prototypes, review system logs, and triage incidents while representing ISEE to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with rotating shifts and limited travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Linux, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Git preferred.
• Strong interest in modern automotive systems and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and travel up to 1 month.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time during operations
• Provide troubleshooting for HW or SW issues on prototypes
• Review log data of system failures and disengagements
• Isolate, track, document, and triage issues
• Update knowledge base and diagnostic trees to maximize troubleshooting efficiency
• Interact with customers as an ambassador for ISEE’s technology
