Job summary

ISEE is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operator to join our Deployment & Operations Launch teams. The AVO will monitor real-time systems on our Autonomous Yard Trucks (AYTs) and provide clear feedback during client deployments.

You will troubleshoot HW/SW issues, review logs, and coordinate with customers. A valid US driver's license, 5 years of driving, and the ability to travel to Dallas–Fort Worth on demand are required. This role is on-site with potential shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• 5 years of driving experience and age 21+
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Technical acumen and familiarity with Linux, Google Suite, Jira, Slack, and Git preferred
• Detail-oriented with safety and procedural focus
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in Dallas–Fort Worth region

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Autonomous Yard Trucks in real-time during operations
• Provide troubleshooting for HW or SW issues on prototype vehicles
• Review log data of system failures and disengagements
• Isolate, track, and triage issues systematically
• Update knowledge base and diagnostic trees for better troubleshooting
• Interact with customers as an ambassador for ISEE’s technology
