Responsibilities

• Serve as designated wound care expert in assessing and managing diverse wounds.
• Provide clinician oversight of wound care department operations.
• Lead wound care assessments, planning, and treatment modalities.
• Collaborate with medical teams for referrals and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Educate patients and families on wounds, ostomy, continence care, and prevention.
• Document patient records accurately and participate in quality assurance activities.
