Qualifications

• Unencumbered NP (Adult/Geriatric/Family) or PA license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work onsite with patients.
• Availability by phone during working hours.
• Attendance at required meetings and annual corporate conferences.
• Possible telehealth responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside surgical wound care and maintain detailed documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams across assigned facilities.
• Manage patient caseload with independence and professional judgment.
