Austin Allen Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager for our Medford, OR wood manufacturing facility. You will lead the full operation, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and own the plant's performance with autonomy and accountability.

The role emphasizes team development, financial stewardship, and continuous process improvement to achieve operational excellence and profitability in a dynamic production environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 7 years of Plant Manager or Superintendent experience in wood manufacturing.
• Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of wood industry experience.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a major plus.
