Job summary

TSMG is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead and govern Training & Policy initiatives across field operations. The role emphasizes digital operations and autonomous vehicle environments, requiring strategic and hands-on capability to manage end-to-end training programs, governance, content development, and client interfacing.

The ideal candidate will oversee training standards across locations, manage LMS processes, create SOPs and playbooks, and mentor a team of trainers and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in training management, preferably in digital field ops or autonomous vehicle environments.
• Experience with LMS platforms, content creation, and client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training function across multiple locations and ensure compliance with training standards.
• Manage LMS processes including enrollments, completions, and training calendar coordination.
• Conduct training needs analysis; identify gaps and build tailored SOPs, Playbooks, and checklists.
• Collaborate with operations to address quality issues and learning gaps.
• Drive interventions for new hires and tenured staff through targeted training plans.
• Monitor field practices and safety standards and implement corrective actions.
