A leading training organization is seeking a Training Manager in Washington to oversee and govern training initiatives for field operations, especially within digital operations and autonomous vehicle contexts. This role involves managing comprehensive training programs, ensuring policy adherence, and acting as the main contact for client interactions. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in training management and a strategic mindset to drive operational efficiency and team performance.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in training management, preferably in digital field operations.
• Proven ability to manage training schedules and resources across locations.
• Strong understanding of quality management and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the training function across multiple locations.
• Conduct training need analysis and build tailored documentation.
• Drive interventions for both new hires and tenured staff.
• Track and analyze training feedback and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for all training and policy discussions.
