Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in training management, preferably in digital field operations.
• Proven ability to manage training schedules and resources across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training function across multiple locations.
• Conduct training need analysis and build tailored documentation.
• Drive interventions for both new hires and tenured staff.
• Track and analyze training feedback and outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client liaison for all training and policy discussions.
